ColdWater welcomes you to bring your furry family members along to enjoy the beauty of ColdWater life! Whether you’re in the mood to explore one of the nature preserves, take a walk on the Greenway or one of the trails, splash in the creek, or even take a swim at the Boathouse Lake Access, pets are welcome! All our nature preserves, trails, creeks, and Greenway are open to your pet companions for their enjoyment, too. We can’t wait to welcome them!
Family Recreational Field
Beside ColdWater Springs Creek and amid Box Turtle Preserve, you’ll find a place where family and friends can play! The Family Recreational Field affords ample space for outdoor pickup games of frisbee, soccer, football throwing, or just running and cartwheels. The surrounding Box Turtle Preserve has grassy spots along the creek perfect for picnics, and little people will be thrilled for hours splashing in the creek — discovering crawfish, salamanders, and box turtles. Connected to Boathouse Way by ColdWater Springs Loop, the field is easy to reach and enjoy. So call your friends or neighbors and enjoy an afternoon of outdoor play!

Wellness looks different for all of us. A crisp morning walk on the Greenway or trails, a mid-day ramble through the nature preserves, an afternoon workout on our rowing machines in the fitness room overlooking the lake, or an evening swim in the pool followed by a refreshing drink at the pool’s infinity edge where you can gaze at the sunset’s reflection off the water. Whatever your choice, ColdWater offers a treasure trove of opportunities to discover in a beautiful lakefront setting.
